What we collect
When you fill in the contact form: your name, company (optional), email, phone, the topic you choose, your message and the site language. When you email us a job application: the details in your CV and message.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request or assess your application. We don’t send marketing, and we don’t sell or pass your data to third parties for commercial purposes. The legal basis is the consent you give in the form and the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take.
Who processes data for us
The contact form is processed by Formspree, a service that may store data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR. The site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.).
How long we keep it
We keep the data for as long as needed to reply to your request, and then for 12 months. If you become a client, the legal retention periods for records apply.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, object to its processing and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@wisenumbers.pt. You also have the right to complain to Portugal’s data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
